How can I care for my cap?
We suggest gentle hand washing ONLY. This is to avoid bending the cap out of shape.
What do I do if my item is faulty/damaged?
If your item is faulty please email us at contact@overcomeoverthinking.co with an accompanying photograph and/or video of the damage and we will respond as soon as we can.
What is your hygiene Policy?
For hygiene reasons, worn caps cannot be exchanged or refunded.
